Hiya

Just wondering if there was a list anywhere on TP with a list of any good actions or plug ins.

Any help would be appreciated as there is so many out there

There are litterally thousands to choose from.
Look at actions from totally rad and TLR for some good ones
Plug-ins I'd suggest Nik silver effx for black and white, noiseware pro, and alien skin bokeh (for OOF effect) Topaz ajust is another popular one.
