PnS Recommendations required

I'm looking to buy a general purpose PnS for a secondary school, used by both teachers & pupils, and I've not looked at this market area for a while.

I'm looking for:
- 10mpix
- 10x zoom
- ease of use
- around £230/250

I've seen the Panasonic Lumix TZ7 at around £230, are there any others that should be considered?

My mrs teaches at a first school. The school has a couple of Canon Powershots. These can be bought around 120-130. Then the school can get 2.

Otherwise have a look at Canon Ixus.
