point and shoot help

Hi all,

I am becoming increasingly aware that I need a small handy camera with me when I am out and about. I travel in the city on public transport as part of work. Excellent chance to take photos but lugging around my dslr is just not feasible.
So, I would like a quite basic point and shoot camera that can deliver a decent image. If it performs pretty well in low light that would be great too. Can I get something worthwhile for under 120 pounds?

Canon S95 I believe it shoots in Raw as well.
