Polaris Star Trail

Here's a shot of 99 x 30 second exposures capturing Polaris, star trails & a couple of aircraft, taken recently from my back garden.

I would have had an extra 30 minutes or so of exposure however my lens had fogged up making them unusable.

The foreground is nothing spectacular but it's all I had to work with...

Up the iso and drop your aperture as low as you can. You'll pick up more stars then. Counter the shot over exposing by shooting for 20 seconds if need be.
