Polaroid onestep 2 cleaning

Does anyone have any experience in cleaning the rollers on the new onestep 2 cameras? From time to time I get black streaks across the photo and I’m fairly sure the rollers need cleaning but I’ve been unable to find a guide on Polaroid’s site, maybe I haven’t looked well enough!

It looks more like a black splat in that photo but it’s usually a streak, it just shows up better in that one
