Agree with Hoppy on the wide angle issue, at least regarding the LCW incarnation - utterly useless with my 24-70 and 5D2. And according to my research (but not personal experience) I read that such things destroy IQ on long lenses, certainly from 200mm and above. You might get away with video, but forget stills if you want to make use of the pixel resolution you paid for. I know that at 100mm the IQ was more than a bit iffy on my 1D3, itself quite a forgiving camera due to low pixel density. If 200mm and longer is worse......
