Which one to use?

What are the benefit and shortfalls of each ?

I use a PC but I have an Iphone 4s...Just got the Iphone so still learning the ropes..I am eventually going to put my email accounts on the Iphone so this is why I'm asking about the two options.

Personally I use iMap, that way it stays sync'd across webmail, windows live mail, iPad, android. So read messages get marked as read on all, deleted messages get deleted across the board etc.
