Portrait B&W Conversion

Did a shoot at a Chrismas party for a local club and I wanted some feedback on the B&W as a lot of the punters wanted B&W.

Is it too black, hot, contrasty etc..........

Most are converted like this but I wanted a second opinion (well lots really)

I will post more if you think this is not suitable.

Exif should be in place. These were shot using my D-Lite4 Kit lights.

Bit too much contrast for me (and I like contrasty B&W)

I agree to much contrast....

Skin is very blown out in places.
