I have been asked to take some shots of my nieces for a christmas gift but I have not had much experience and wondered if anyone could give me a few tips or ideas. (Things like poses, backdrops, settings?)
This has also given me the perfect reason to invest in a flash-gun which I have wanted for a while but not been able to justify before. I have a Nikon D90 and know the Nikon flash-guns are great but are they worth the money, or would one of the cheaper brands do just as good job.
