Had a go at portrait-shame i couldnt place better background at time

Lighting looks ok but the pose is bad.

Personaly i like the pose-leading lines to the face.

Hmm, I don't think the pose is too great either.

It leads my eyes to the wrist that's being leant on, and the fingers on her arm.

If I could reach into the photo and change something then I would move her right arm out of the pic.
Or have her palm facing down so that her fingers aren't doing nothing on her arm

Just my opinion. Hope it helps

Thats not a flattering pose I am afraid, its too staged.

Try again, and get the better background you were after
