It's raining here in sunny Surrey, so before I venture out with my camera and copious plastic bags for protection I thought I'd practice my indoor portraiture.

The subject was a little reluctant, but I think I captured something of his mood in this shot.

Thoughts appreciated.

I think the chiselled features speak for themself.

Its facing, the arms are forward;)

Actually a strange shot - but I do like the way it kind of blends into the darkness, and that its got a mono style but is actually colour.

Another thing I like is its as though the model is holding the camera and taking a shot of themselves at arms length. Has a real somberness to it thats quite appealing, is definately moody and although theres no expression it still seems to give a feeling of sad emotion.

I like it - for lots of reason (y)

the model does seem a little stiff....

(love that grain effect gag Rog, nice..)

the lighting is very good though, gives a bit of mode, not sure i like the colour though?

Expression looks a little wooden to me... Or do comments like that go against the grain?
