Possibly getting a Nikon F50

And a couple of lenses from camera club for £30.... worth the effort or not?

lenses are 35/80 kit zoom and Sigma 24/2.8AF

Nice little camera and although I have no knowledge of either lens I would say £30 is a good price. The Sigma sounds like it might be a good 'un, some good reviews about.

well, yeah ! any sigma 28mm, 24mm AF f2.8 should be worth that money alone, if in working condition etc. F50 and zoom doesn't sound too promising. but enough to get good pics.

Bought one for my grandaughter 5 years back, so she would not want to use my F4/F5. Photo mags in the 90s rated it as the 'best' and 'solid' cheaper Nikon camera in the downmarket. I still enjoy using it occasionally. Never let me down.
