You can't directly upload from the mobile app, but i seem to have found a way to do it. As long as there are no problems with the way I have done it (or should I say, the Website I used to do it) then I will post a YouTube link to the video.

He's the link to the YouTube video I used.
It does envolve using another website to get the BBcode. But it all worked fine for me.
