Well, here goes nothing.
Times going on and as the weather is so bad, I've taken something inside in case I don't get the chance to get outside.
At least its a start.

To be honest the phone one doesn't really hit it for me either!
But, I wanted to make sure that I was taking something new and not just dusting off old pictures, though this is a new twist on the beach shot - I had one with the person and one with her cloned out. This is the first time I've put them together.

Anyway, I have a few more ideas, so if get time chance I'll have another go.

This is about improvement after all, so I'll just have to keep practising.
 
Beach shot but minus the ghostly person for me.
 
Of the three photos it's the last that says it all. Sometimes less is more and in this case just the footsteps across the beach are enough to fulfil the term 'direction'

I like the 2nd beach pic and how the footsteps go from right to left in the pic rather than a simple straight line into the sea.

Direction.....yup...3# for me...simple yet effective & right on theme...good colors, nice detail in the sky & the water, well shot ...great image mister :clap:

Having some trouble finalising Fear (I'm too scared to look at it!), so will have to play catch-up at the weekend.
 
Hi Steve, got to be honest the first shot doesn't do it for me but I really like the second version of the beach shot, it has lovely colours and think it meets the direction theme very nicely.

I might be tempted to just clone out the loose sand around the foot prints but thar's just being fussy.

Nice work and look forward to seeing what the other 50 weeks bring :)
 
Direction, gotta go with the beach shot, without the ghostly person, bang on theme.

Great photo's, love the direction one with and without the ghosty person.

The sigh one is great, i can never get a decent photo of my cat:crying:

Love it! I had to look for a while to recognise it as a cat (the white of the face and shoulder look like rabbit ears to me!), and I think it only works for sigh with your explanation, but it's a great shot.
 
Thanks to those of you who replied.
I have a very busy few weeks and just haven't been able to get around to this.
I want to try and get back, so I'll pickup later when I can and join you at hat time.
