powershot s90 and raw files

hey, just got an s90, and tried to take the photos in raw, so in the settings menu ive set it to 'raw + L' however when i take the photos on the memory card all i can find are the jpg files and from the looks of it they are jpgs that arent at maximum quality as they are like half the size of the jpgs when the 'raw + jpg' setting is turned to off. Ive looked everywhere on the memory card and all i can find is the jpg files.

Anyone know how i can get the raw files or properly turn on the raw setting? any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

omg just had the world's biggest idiot moment, decided that i wasnt going to scroll all the way along the menu for the file size, i didnt see the raw setting on the 'first screen' but decided not to go all the way along to see the raw option...
