Practice Light photography

Hi Guys,
Having seen some awesome stuff online I thought I may give it a go. I understand they are far from the finished item, but I am trying just floating ideas about. How would you improve on these? How do I make sure my ghost is not in the images?

I love the clean me one I must admit this is a form of light painting that I need to do more of this year, it really can be such a massive amount of fun to do, and frustrating trying to get the letters the correct way round :bonk:

The clean me one is brilliant, really impressed you got the letters well spaced and the right way round, is hard to do!

Thank you guys. To draw the letters I had my back to the camera and drawn the letters above my head the write way round, it made life allot easier
