Pre-Set Profiles on Nikon - Anyone Store Settings?

Hi all..

I'm looking to store some preset settings on beloved D3. However will it store aperture and shutter levels? I want to set up a profile for flash and non-flash work.

Has anyone done this? I tried reading up on this but couldn't find anything about storing aperture and start shutter speeds? I can set metering settings and so on..

Any ideas?
