Premiere Elements 13: How to delete project without closing the programme?

I've recently started playing around with Premiere Elements 13, using the Quick mode and learning some of the basic skills as I go.

I've discovered how to save my edited video, but once I've done that and I want to 'summon up' another clip from my hard drive, I can't see how to delete the exercise I've just completed, without actually closing down the whole programme in the process (File>Exit - 'Do you want to Save?', etc.).

In the stills editor (PSE13) this is of course very straightforward, but the whole layout of Premiere Elements is so very different.

Am I missing a simple button or tab somewhere?

Do you not just select "New Project" from the "File" tab?

Don't know, Giblets, but it's worth a try! When I go in to it tomorrow I'll see if that's the answer.

Tried that but no, it wasn't the answer!
