Presentation CD case recommendations

Im looking for some really nice presentation cases to give out to clients when they order disks.

I use the tins with windows and printed disks - they look modern and professional.

I used to use something similar to this from Spicer Hallfield before they went bust.

I currently use occation cases but they dont offer the quality im looking for although they are nice.

Oh and tin boxes doesnt go with the brand of my weddings.
