Due to a slight knee injury I have had to take a short break from running. I took the opportunity to take the camera to a local 10K race.

Thats the trouble with 10k photography.. all the pics look the same.. as do these.. decent enough but a bit boring ...

There is a lot less drama in a 10k to be sure. The later stages of a marathon or ultra/endurance race tend to throw up better facial expressions etc.

Only races that throw up any interest for me are fell races... position myself at the last fence ... Would seriously hate to do races for a living .. every runner same shot.. ..
