how do I know when its exhausted ? does it change colour like stop ? ( its adox )
any thoughts on using it ?

As for print stabiliser, apologies, I've no idea personally. With the exception of Rodinal developer, as that is the only example I can think of, I'd guess that most things which undergo a chemical or composition change resulting in a change in colour is probably a bad thing with regard to it's functionality? I'm thinking that if it's chemical, it's original function is altered, and if it composition (as in it dissolves something off the object into the solution, for example) it could become saturated? I'll defer to someone that knows for sure though!
 
Do you mean C41 or E6 stabiliser?

Edit: just noticed you're talking about prints. Which product is that?

From the A fox site, the print capacity is 2 Sam per litre of working solution. From what they don't say, there will be no visible change on exhaustion.
