H there. My Epson 6050 doesn't want to play anymore so it's time for a new printer. Ideally something that's easy for the kids to use for scanning and printing their homework etc, but which will give me decent quality pics up to A4. I used to heve a Canon scanner that I recall being good, do they do an all in one job of decent quality that's affordable? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Check out the Canon website: Canon.co.uk. They do a multifunction printer that uses the same print engine as the highly praised IP4600 / IP4700 dedicated photo printers. I can't remember the model number offhand but Canon's website is easy to navigate around so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding it.
