I need a good photo printer and I have no idea where to begin. I don't need A3, A4 is fine and have a budget of £150 ish . Does anyone have any suggestions ?
 
canon pixma ip4600 or ip4700.
 
Don't laugh but I use a Kodak all-in-one. Its so cheap to run with black cartridge at £7 and £10 for colour. The print quality is superb when printing on Kodak paper.

I doubt no one will agree with me here but I am getting better prints with my Kodak than I ever did with my Epson and Canon printers.
 
agree with the pixma - we went for the 3600 though at £60 (warehouse express)

Only difference I could really see between the 3600 and the next one up was print speed.... (may have been something else minor)
 
Thank you for the advise, and I will think about the Kodak is it is as good as you say it is.
does anyone have ant thoughts Epson Stylus PX700FW a mate suggested it to me but i'm not sure
 
Thanks, Chaz Photos and mstphoto but no thanks to the A4 print, as I am pretty sure my sister has just bought one for her compact calming it was in a sale, but thanks for the offer though
