firstly, sorry but i'm doing this on my phone as the other half has the laptop. I also can't search so apologies if this has been done a thousand times before.

i'm looking to print cd labels directly onto the cd itself. they don't have to be amazingly pro, just easy and relatively cheap todo.

can anyone offer any advice please? could I get something from my local tesco or is it more complicated than that?

thanks in advance: this took ages to write!

Well, I use the White faced printable Dics (available from many stores) rather than stickers....

I had an Epson R300 in the past (that had a removeable tray) but I've moved to a PX700W that has the tray built in (and it doesn't need to be connected to a PC !!

I print a few photos of the contents to they are easy to identify ..

Cheers

Phil

I agree with Phil above I have the Epson PX 700W, does a great job on cd's ....

I'll second lightscribe, it's a great way of personalising discs, though I wouldn't necessarily run out and replace your drive if it doesn't support it, a label printer or marker may be easier!

...White, silver which ever you like printable CDs and a Canon IP4600.

so from reading their info if i have a CD/DVD rewriter.... (which i do) then it works!!! Cool!
