Printing very small images professionally?

[mr_v_s]

Might sound like a silly question but can this be done? And if so where? Can't seem to find anyone that does this. Looking to get a 3cm by 3cm photo printed and would rather not do this myself.

Just put a big white/black border around it to make it into a 6x4 and everyone will print it for you - yes I know it's 'wasting' half a tree to cut it to size, but this is your best bet

Haha! That's the problem though, I don't want to cut it myself as I'm the least practical person known to man. Short of investing in a guilotine is there anyone who will print 3cm by 3cm (which I think is 2.3 inches by 2.3 inches)?

Your maths is wrong mate

3x3cm is less than 1 1/4 inches squared

Damn, the smallest I think I've seen is 3 x 2.

Anyone done this through a printer professionally?

i've done it but only to print on 6"x4" and cut down

what about printing it as a design on a business card, keeping the back ground plain would act as a border... just a thought..
