problem downloading video and images

[1.2f]

hi everyone

been trying to download some images and video i took on the camera yesterday. however, been at it a few hours and only been able to download 1 image and 1 video. normally it downloads within minutes.

keep getting a time-out error code or the eos utility just closes up.

any ideas have restarted computer.

Are you tethering the camera to the computer or pulling the images from the card directly through a reader?

via the usb cable so direct from camera to pc.

How about dragging the files from the source folder via Windows Explorer (or Finder if you are on a Mac) rather than pulling through the EOS?
