Just put a fresh set of batteries into my SB900 and it is showing the low battery image in the display window, and will not power up or flash. Thinking that the batteries were no good I tried another set and still have the same problem. I have also tried a third set with the same outcome.
I have tested the batteries in anither flash gun and they work fine in this so know it's not that they are flat.
I have tried to use the 2 button reset and the 'remove batteries' while flash switched on method to try to reset it bot nothing works.
Anyone have this problem before, or know of a way to reset the flash? Or will I have to send it off to Nikon for a service/repair?
It was working perfectly when I last used it about a week ago, and I have had no problem with it before.
