Problems with images...monitor?

Hope this is in the right place but if not mods please feel free to relocate :thumbs:

Ive been noticing a slight difference in my printed images to how they look on screen, more so when i look at some of the printed sales literature of properties I have photographed for a local estate agent and am struggling to know what to do.

I noticed it today when I saw some of the new window boards that went up with my photos on, most looked okay but some were quote dark whcih I was very suprised at. The estate agent hasnt mentioned it but I need to address it before they do.

Ive got an HP S2331a LCD monitor and have used various calibration tools to try and get everything as it should be from Windows 7 own calibration tool to Calibrize. Images look great on my screen so I think we're good to go but obviously not every image is great in print :shake:

Im thinking its definately down to my monitor calibration and was wondering if anyone has the same monitor as mine and could share some settings?? Or if anyone knows how best to tackle this issue, is it as simple as buying a monitor calibrator?

A monitor calibrater is the first step. I was amazed at the difference it made.
 
Mine is a Spyder 3, I forget the version.. the main difference as I saw it was in multiple monitor support if you need that.
