Has anyone here used http://procameradirect.com/ ? My dad bought a set of binoculars from them for silly cheap (as in too good to be true kind of cheap) but they arrived... wondering if it's a tempt you once and then sting you type of site or legit?
 
Never used/heard of them but the rest of the prices seem about right to me. Certianly not cheap by any means. Does look a hugely dodgy website though even if it isnt.

£90 for an en-el3e battery! I got mine for £20 through Amazon
 
There doesn't appear to be a contact address, a company or vat number or even a phone number and the website owner's details have been hidden via contactprivacy.com, what would posses any right-thinking person to buy from that site?
 
they were cheap :P That's why I'm asking here .. I'm not sure if he just got lucky and they want to tempt him with an even bigger saving else where, or they're just a grey import site that looks somewhat dodgy but are reliable
 
Check in the bargains forum here, there's a couple of threads on them. I know friends who have used them without issue. They sell grey imports, which is why you sometimes get good prices on some items. They're a small outfit (no showroom), pickup is from a small rented industrial estate if I recall, but legit.

That's the premise that all the scam sites work on, so I think your :p is somewhat misplaced........

Sorry, ignore what I said, just checked the website, it's not the one I was thinking of. Never seen this one before
