Processing

I think I may have been doing it wrong when processing fior the web!! No1 is my old way and No2 the new way - Any comments???

Not sure what the correct word is, but in No.2 its seems to have brought out 'noise' in the picture. Flipping nice shot though!

Got to agree with that almost spot on just a touch sharp.

Fantastic picture and a great subject.

Subtle differences but very much improved. Agree it's a tad sharp (and that's prob what's increased the appearance of noise), but the first one's also too soft. The slight crop (and rotate?) has improved it, too. Good work.

My guess is that you're sharpening after you've re-sized the image for the web rather than resizing after you've shapened the image......but I've been wrong before!!

I agre with most of the guys here, really nice photo but a little over sharpened.

Can a photo be too sharp? No but it can be over sharpened, a telltale sign is the black outline down the trailing edge of the rudder and the edges of the wings...
