Programming the Pixel TW-283 remote

GETTING A BIT URGENT WITH ONLY A DAY TO GO..........

I am failing miserably! Setting up to photo the Perseus meteors but getting nowhere.
I have a Lumix DMC-G6 camera which does not have a "B" setting but it does have the facility to take a 1minute exposure.
My TW-283 will release the shutter so I have set the TW-283 as follows"

I thought I got it right but got nothing from a trial last night. Is there an expert out there who can advise please??

I want to do four hours worth of 1minute exposures during the forthcoming meteor shower, starting at midnight, setting up at 2200 (10pm).The G6 has the facility to take one minute exposures and the TW-283 will release the shutter.

Settings on the TW-283:
DELAY - 02 00 00. I was setting up at 10pm and want the sequence to start at midnight.
LONG - 00 00 O1. this just to trigger the camera
INTVL - 00 01 02. (2 SECONDS LONGER THAN THE 1 MINUTE EXPOSURE the camera will take
N1 - 240. NUMBER OF EXPOSURES
REPEAT - 00 00 01. DO THE CYCLE ONCE
N2 - 01

And cannot see the G6 listed in the cable compatibility list???

Maybe the best source for an answer would be by contacting the above company........as it infers (absent in the page above) that the G6 for whatever the differences are, is not compatible (for full functioning?) with the connection lead that you have???

Thanks. Yes saw that video, not a lot of good quite honestly!

I do have the correct cable and I can operate the shutter on the G6 but G6 doesn't have a "BULB" setting so cannot use the full functions of the controller, literally just as a shutter release so

However, the G6 does have an extended open shutter time of up to a 60 seconds, which is basically what I need, so I'm thinking I can use the TW283 to do multi 60second shots.
I think I've sorted it, I want a total of four hours worth of 1 minute exposures = 240 in total

New TW settings:
DELAY - will depend what time I set up and when I want to start shooting, probably a couple of hours if I set up around 10pm.
LONG - just 1 or 0 as it is not controlling the exposure time, the camera is so it just needs to release the shutter.
INTERVAL - one minute (shutter open on the camera) plus a few seconds to allow the camera to store the captured image. Set to 01 06
N1 - I find this only goes up to 99 even though the display shows 0 00. I tried entering 240 but the countdown started at 40, ignoring the first digit so set to 80
REPEAT - just left at 1
N2 - set to 3 so that the timer will run the settings 3X which will give me the number of exposures I want, 3 X 80 = 240.

I'll do a trial run tonight and see what happens...............
