I recently bought a Pocket Wizard TT1 and TT5. Carrying them around in their boxes means they take up way too much room, but carrying them around unboxed means they are a bit exposed to damage (contacts etc). Just wondering how Pocket Wizard users generally protect them when they are in the camera bad and not in use?

Pcket Wizard do a small zip up case that holds 1x TT1 and 2 x TT5. This is what I use and it keeps them all together and protects them when out and about. It has a belt loop as well so can be attached to a belt. I think I bought it from Hawks Photo & Video

Why not try something like a reel/accessory case used in fishing? I know Fox Match even do some hard case ones that are rigid and fully waterproof....

Same problem with RF-602 triggers, especially the exposed test button that can easily get pushed on in a bag.
I've got them in little carboard pill boxes - the ones you get paracetamol and stuff in. Loads of different sizes and shapes in Tescos. Not very elegant but they do the job
