PS Elements License Question...

I've just obtained LightRoom 3 which I plan to install in the next few days. I have barely used Elements 9 on my PC so intend uninstalling it entirely, and my question is can I legally sell it/will it work okay once I've uninstalled? My gut feeling is no, but thought I'd ask in case anyone's been in a similar situation

It ought to work fine so long as you have the licence key - and you are fine legally so long as its not installed on more than one computer at once (unless you have a multi 'puter licence of course)

Don't forget to deactivate it before uninstalling.If you don't as far as adobe is concerned it is still installed on your machine.

Pretty sure if you deactivate it you can then sell it if you do decide to I would be interested

Many thanks gents, that's worked a treat - deactivated and uninstalled

billybob99 as it turns out it was Elements 8, not 9, and in true I-moved-house-earlier-this-year-and-can't-find-a-thing fashion, I can't find the media. Typical... Are you still interested if I eventually find it? If so and it's not in breach of the selling rules, I'll PM you when I list it.
