PSP prob

Hi, I use PSP X2 and although I have used it for selective colouring, when I tried today I cannot get the "copyof background" layer to B/W without all the layers changing. I have highlighted it in the layers palette so not sure whats the prob. If anyone uses it I'd be obliged for a point in the right direction

Karen, I've just tried this, and if you use 'Image/Greyscale' it does change all layers. You'll need to de-saturate from the 'Adjust' menu or use other methods to acquire the B&W layer.

Thank you thats what I must have done. I usually use a filter to do my B/W conversion but I was using greyscale for quickness just to try to work out where i was going wrong
