Pub bouncer in York.

I was in there a couple of weeks ago, on the way back to the station after a Live Photo comp I ran.

Maybe a smaller aperture would have worked on the softness, the not being straight is down to shooter error lol :)

Sorry but that second photo looks like an over sharpened mess. 1st looks better.
 
I'll crop under the green balls! They add way too much colours to the general mood!
The edit look bad quality due to the compression but i think he's done a good job at straightening it.
 
I think this is a great composition. You have captured his mood/look/situation exactly.
The edits are minor things really.
 
Haha , well if you can get past him , they sell Black Sheep , so got to be worth the effort!

Only the bitter usually... which isn’t worth crossing him for ;)

We had a very nice cloudy IPA, looked odd, but with bags of flavour.

FWIW, I think you should go back and have another go, lower viewpoint, get the focus right and avoid the trees.
