Purchase made at last...

Dived in at the deep end and purchased a Nikon D300s with Nikon 50mm 1.4 and a Sigma 18-250 for general use. Picked it up from W/Express last night, charged the battery and read some of the books last night.

Have been out this morning having a little play with it. What can I say apart from it's brilliant. Don't have anything to compare it with as it is my first DSLR, however I am officailly a very happy man.

In 3 months time I will porobably understand 50% of it, the rest will probably take another 3 years, but whats important is I know I am going to enjoy it.

Its a nice feeling when you get your first dslr. Even more so when its a Nikon.
