Hey Guys,

I joined purstorm on monday under the name schonphoto. It states 24 - 48 hours for approval... After a whole working week I am still waiting for a response.... Any ideas/thoughts?

They can take a long while to approve an account. Don't question them as to why it takes longer than stated or like me you'll get your application rejected

thanks for the advice... I sent them an email to ask how much it would be to have membership, so hopefully that wont rub them up the wrong way lol! I appreciate it must take a long time, just wondered if I had an error lol.

I think the Moderators over there must do them in batches. If your application goes in just before a batch gets processed, approval can be very quick. Conversely, if the timing is off it can seem to take an age.

Basic membership is free, but it only allows you to upload 8 images and gives you some restrictions on search capabilities. Cheapest of the paid memberships is £2.99 a month, which I think allows you 35 images and improved searches. Haven't got a clue what comes beyond that.

Thanks Simon, I was going to point to that too. TBH I don't think there's anything you can do, it's very hit and miss. I now use it as my main site for models, however model mayhem and net-model are just as good
