Push Fit Rear Lens Caps

Hi guys,

I was just wondering, the white plastic push fit rear lens caps you get with some Nikon lenses (50mm f/1.8D, the 18-55 kit lens etc), does anyone know where I can buy spare ones or what they are called?

I've tried Googling, "push fit rear lens cap" and it comes up with nothing. I find them much easier to use when switching lenses in an all prime set up. Just pop them off and push it on instead of fiddling and twisting them on and off the threading.
