Put bubbles on a website

My friend has a website for his company and wants to put bubbles on it, does anyone know how he can do this (remembering that neither of us have any web tech skills )

Fletch5 - BalSanghera has hit the nail on the head, that's what he needs (I think) - although the pic he showed me the other day was bigger bubbles......

BalSanghera - how do we get that into the site? I really need to sit with him here with his site - he got it done with Microsoft Office Live Small Business

yeah, theres that..or sell magical bubbles

but yes, for bigger bubbles from that script, you'd need a bigger image
