QR plate for Nikkor 70-200m VRii to Manfrotto RC2

Can anyone recommend a quick-release plate to mount the double-screw 70-200m VRii to an RC2 plate Manfrotto monopod?

doesn't everyone just use one hole?

I *think* though could be wrong, that the extra hole is to compensate the balance when using a teleconverter.

Ah, I could have gotten into real trouble trying to use two holes. Thanks. I know the Manfrotto screws nice and tight but wondered/worried that with the weight, the lens might be too heavy for a single screw. Thanks for elaborating.

nah, it's fine, it's only a 70-200 even 300's are fine just on the one screw.
