This is my first visit and I see you have a large amount of forums so if I am in the wrong one, perhaps someone will remove me?
I am trying to help a friend who is an artist, and she takes pics first, then copies from those.
The problem is she has an Epson printer, but a seperate scanner which is also Epson, I think it is a Epson 1650 scanner, and the icon she uses to operate it is called an Epson Smart Panel. She cannot find this icon at present although I have told her to do a search, have opened Explorer/prog files/start programs.
I have explained that if she has accidently deleted the icon, she will still have the program somewhere.
I am a competent pc user but I am trying to help a beginner from a distance.
If anyone has knowledge of similar model, and this "Epson smart panel" I would be grateful to hear.
