Question re: Quick release plate if i may .....?

Quick dim witted question from me if i may ......

When using a tripod quite a bit, do you leave the quick release plate attached to your camera body when not attached to the tripod, or do you take it apart each time ?

i the same, thats really the point of the QR system.

I would say it depends on how often you use a tripod. I use mine very little, so I only attach it when I am going to use the tripod.

I leave it on the camera, at least it won't get lost.

Me too: i leave mine on the camera, and have spare QR plates on the tripod rings of my 100-400 and 70-200 lenses. Just saves a bit of time when setting up
