i have an old nikon 80-200 2.8 silent wave lens it is not a "D" LENS. will it work on my nikon d200 body????? thanks max : )

yes - although you'll lose light metering functionality. You also want to check its not a Non AI lens - it will damage the camera if you try and mount one of these
