ok, so im looking to try and create some of the flowing waterfalls/blurred tidal shots, what level nd filter would be best? thanks

It really depends how much light there is at the location. An open area on a sunny day will need a much stronger ND than a shaded area on a gloomy day.

i ended up going for the safe option, and buying both a 0.6 and a 1.8, so what ever the wheather should be ok
