Quick release plates

Hey all, I'm having some trouble finding quick release plates (or rather the adapters and plates) for my equipment. I have a Benro BH2 Ball head on my tripod but I want to use my camera for more video lately, doesn't anyone know where i can get more plates or perhaps but another brand of plate that isn't to expensive to i can have the same connection on my tripod/mono pod/steady came etc...

Sorry I didn't explain myself properly, I'm not sure what the proper name of it is. the plate screws onto the camera, that's the link you gave me to purchase another one. I am also looking the "adapter" for the lack of the proper work that the plate clips into. I need a few of them for the likes of my tripod and mono-pod and my steady cam. Hope this makes scene now.
