Quick Release Worth It for Monopod? (Manfrotto 234)

Hi, I am looking at getting a tilt head for my monopod and was initially looking at the 234RC, but recently noticed there was a non-quick release version (234).

How useful would a quick release plate be on a monopod? I'm just wondering whether it's worth the extra money to get one or not. Any feedback/comments appreciated. Thanks!

Get the RC version. The price difference is negligible and the flexibility is a massive improvement.
