Racing on a smaller scale

Hi guys
This is my first post with pictures I've take on so I hope it works ok, if not I'll read the guide again and give it another try. I took these picture while racing at my local 1/10th scale R/C car club last night.
While a lot smaller than most of the vehicles in the motorsport thread it's the thread that best covers it I guess.
If anyone has any comments or advice about the pics I'd love hear it. These are the first pictures I've take since buying my first DSLR camera so I'm still getting used to it all. The last pic is a cropped version of the previous one which I think improves it but as I said I'm new to all this

Looks cool for your first time!

I'd try and get lower next time, make the cars look like they're jumping higher. Catching one side on, mid-jump would be pretty cool.

I would have liked to get a shot like that but with the was we had the track laid out there wasn't much space to stand to get a shot without getting in the way of the racing. I'll try again in a couple of weeks
