Nice set. Hard to pick a favourite but like the b17 and apache although the reds are well captured as well
What lens did you use

I was using a Nikon 70-300m VR. A massive improvement on my previous lens. It was my first real outing with it at the show.

Amazing! Can I ask, do you need a low shutter speed to catch vapour trails (like prop blur) or is it just getting the timing right? I got some great shots but found the typhoon really challenging... well impressed with your efforts!

I was shooting around 1/300 on the props and slightly slower for the Heli's.

The typhoon, to be honest, was a pain. I was shooting at 1/1000 but the majority of my shots aren't as sharp as the one above, it just turns so damn quick! The next 3 frames after the photo above are useless as he decided to turn on a six pence.

I could of bumped up my shutter speed but my aperture was heading towards fully open and I didn't want to up my iso too much.
