Your headline makes me think Brits say like that, when you are sick to death of a rain :D
 
It is June and the weather is pretty poor at the moment. It has been raining on and off for a while. If there is something that us Brits like to talk about more than the weather, I have not discovered it yet!
 
MayBe football?
For example the play between England and Sweden.
In my opinion it was very interesting...
