Its time to upgrade my ram but I'm not to sure where to buy from. Where do you guys get your upgrades from?

Crucial normally, the have a little snippet that looks at what you already have, and what you can expect with the upgrade.

Spec - Dual channel DDR2 800/667/533 x 2 DIMMs, Max 4GB

I normally use Scan but that ebay add is marginally cheaper and yes it will fit.
